中伦律师事务所和德普律师事务所香港分所将共同举办有关中国内地与香港法院就相互认可破产程序的安排的线上研讨会。研讨会中将概述两地的破产程序，以及于2021年宣布的两地法院相互认可破产程序的安排机制（“2021安排”），并探讨该“2021安排”的重要性和两地法院的执行情况。
Zhong Lun Law Firm and Debevoise & Plimpton’s Hong Kong office will present a joint webinar on mutual recognition of cross-border insolvency proceedings between the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong SAR. The webinar will provide an overview of the insolvency proceedings in the two jurisdictions and the mechanism under the arrangement announced in 2021 for mutual recognition of insolvency proceedings (“2021 Arrangement”), and discuss the significance and implementation of the “2021 Arrangement” by the courts.
